Below we’ve addressed some often asked questions for your convenience. Please talk to one of our pharmacy staff if you need any additional information.
As a participant in the club, will my insurance be billed?
No. All diabetes medications on the list are provided to you at no cost without insurance involvement.
Why aren’t all diabetes medications on the list?
The drugs that were chosen for the free program are commonly prescribed medications for diabetes. This provides prescribers with a comprehensive, practical inventory to choose from. If your medication is not part of the program, it is possible that your prescriber may be able to switch it to one that is on the list. Talk to one of our pharmacists for more information.
Do refills qualify as part of the club?
Yes. In addition to the initial prescription, refills are included at no cost to you.
Can Gatti Pharmacy still fill a prescription for me even if it is currently being filled at another pharmacy?
Yes, we can. Gatti Pharmacists can transfer most prescriptions from any other pharmacy to be filled at our location. Simply let us know the name of the prescription and the name of the pharmacy. We'll take care of the rest!
What requirements are necessary to take advantage of the Gatti Pharmacy Diabetes Club?
We simply ask that you read and sign the Club Membership form in order to become part of this exciting new program. A valid prescription is required for diabetes medications. You will automatically be re-enrolled in the program after the first 90 days when you make Gatti your pharmacy of choice to fulfill all your prescription needs.
How long will this program be available?
The Club will be in effect until further notice. Gatti Pharmacy does however reserve the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
