How can I participate in the Club?

Enrollment in the club is easy and fast!

• Read and sign the Club Membership form.
• Provide us with a valid prescription for your diabetes medications.
• You will automatically be re-enrolled in the program after the first 90 days when you make Gatti your pharmacy of choice to fulfill all your prescription needs.

Please remember, having all of your medications filled at one pharmacy is the best way to prevent drug interactions and other medication-related problems.
